On PS4 you can't set up new operations servers and can only join the operation that is part of the rotation. Any time I try to join an operation other then the rotation I get error 1 message.
It's killed the game the last couple of weeks as there is only around 3 or 4 active servers which is currently the crappy russian maps and we are unable to set up other servers. Please fix!
