Unable to pre-order Battlefield4, error code: 10048
Have contacted support several times, they're unable to provide any assistance beyond telling me to wait. Seeking further advice.

gett error #10048 when trying to buy bf4 digital deluxe
talked to custumer service anf got a link and deleted all cashe and settings in chrome and internet explorer
removed my billing info i origin and then retried to put it in again but still same error applies #10048
now i have 4 failed buys on bf4.
it has always worked for me before to buy games through origin.
but as it seems now i have to get it trough a sales store
as i don´t want to be billed several times for a game that i don´t get
i have a total of 37 failed attempts.. sick and tired of EA not wanting my money...
I have the same problem too and maybe more failed attemps than you. Damn EA, they escalated my ticket to a 2nd level support team which should contact me via email and that takes 5-6 days to fix a problem. EA go to the hell, in that days the game will alredy be out!
