Unable to pre-order Battlefield4, error code: 10048

Hi again, iam trying to buy Premium membership but it keep getitng me into the error message

this is what th message said.

"We're unable to process your payment right now. Use a different payment method or try again later. [ref. #10048]"

I tried buysing few games on steam with the same money process and it work just fine. Idk why this doesnt work here.

Yesterday when there was possibly time to have the issue resolved and still receive pre order bonuses I was shrugged off by EA support basically with a "there's nothing we can do"

I assume since prepaid credit cards is a common payment option that others would have had an issue with 10048 or 10049 errors?

what I've heard so far if this problem ever gets a solution incase its any use to anyone else

I was told to wait 5-6 days for help from their "specialist team", I'm thinking at this point seeing as preorder bonuses no longer apply getting a physical copy from a store is just a better plan.

I'm having 10048 issue.

Ive had both Ref. #5000 error and Ref. #10049 errors.

My prepaid visa has more than enough money, tomorrow i am just going to future shop and spending my prepaid card there >☹️

When I want to pay for bf4 using Paypal I'm geting error 10048. Yesterday I had 9006 error. I don't have Credit card.

I already set the primary payment method

but could not solve problems

i guess alot of people having this issue aswell, hope they fix this as soon as possible. I really want to get Premium.

I am having this exact same problem for the last 3 days whether I use the origin program or simply use the origin website to purchase this. You would think EA would want my money bad enough to have this fixed already...
