Unable to use battlepack items

Could you please check for which rifle the scope is? The information about the weapon should be below the name of the scope.

I have a similar issue whereby some normal unlocks (e.g. Indirect Fire from Support class) were unlocked, I can see them from Battlelog but I can't select them in game (still greyed out). For me also the successive pack unlock can't be selected though unlocked.

Battlepacks give you items and boost that you may or may not be able to use. These items are random and it may or may not be for guns that you already unlocked or opened.

For example: you may be playing road warrior (tanks) on Seige of Shanghai all the time because you love tanks and land vehciles, and never fire your weapon or have enough kills. You may go up and up in ranks and open up many GOLD BattlePacks that contain rifle scopes, portraits, and XP Boost (may even be 200%). But, since you never use your weapon or have enough kills, you may receive LS06 Supressor for Type88 LMG. Since you have not open or unlock the Type88 LMG by getting certain kills or score, LS06 is no use to you even though you opened  / unlocked it.

But, I do see your point. Hunter Scope can be equipped even on basic Sniper Rifle. I know that BattleLog went through upgrade yesterday as well. Have you tried contacting the EA HELP at https://help.ea.com? We are players just like you and we can not do anything but basic troubleshooting and direct you to the rigght direction.

i have this problem too i just unlocked the tanto knife and the ACB-90 but cant equip them it says i have them but when i head to my loadouts it doesnt let me equip them

Have you completely logged out of Origin and out of Battlelog and then logged back in? Sometimes it needs to resync before you can use items.

I unlocked a bunch of gold battlepacks, I've read up on how to find your xp boosts... It doesn't come up anywhere and I can't use any battlepacks.. I don't know what's wrong.

I have put my play on hold. The gold battlepack which got unlocked has a silencer and three other things. But I'm not able to equip that silencer for the weapon. When I get into the loadout page it shows the silencer not unlocked. What is this ?

Same problem here. Have unlocked numerous items with battle packs but most of the items appear red in load out screen and can’t use them. Does anyone not have an answer for this?
