Unable to use redeem code on ps4
Bought the battlefield hardline on 17mar in hk, tried to redeem the versatility battle pack from PSN, but it said error code already been used. Please help, it's not second hand.

If you are not able to redeem your gamecode for your PlayStation 4 console, you need to get in contact with your retailer first. They need to provide a functional copy of the game. Please let us know if you heard back from your retailer.

- ApprovedI'm having a problem with my code as well. It said redeem for three gold battlepacks but I only received one. The code worked and downloaded fine, but only had one gold battlepack waiting.
