UNBABLE TO CONNECT TO SERVERS

About a week ago I noticed I couldn't log on to the servers to play games on any system with only EA games. When I tried to access the website using my PC I noticed the site will not load. I contacted my isp and they said everything is fine. It seems my I.P. or MAC address is blocked by EA. I have been playing battlefield since PS2 and have never had a problem logging in. I never communicate with any other players I don't know, I use party chat only. So I am curious, am I banned? When I use my mobile phone as a hotspot for my PS4 I instantly connect so I know for a fact my IP or MAC address to my modem is blocked. I can access any other game that is not EA. I have never violated any terms so I am curious why? and can I be unblocked? and if not, can I return all my games for a refund since I will never be playing EA games again since I cannot access the server.

    I replaced the modem last night. I am now up and running on all EA servers. Odd that a modem can prevent you from accessing one server, but allowing you to access the rest. Xfinity/Comcast is up to something.

    Solution:

    Traded in old modem/router for a new one. Everything is working perfect now!

    I was able to get in touch with a very knowledgeable tech at EA and he ran a test with me to check my modem connecting to the servers. It seems Comcast/Xfinity is the culprit although they will not acknowledge. I am going to replace the modem and see if that helps.

    @Snakebro84 Thank you for reporting back. And good to know we getting to the bottom of this. Let us know, should new model solve this.

    I've been having the same problem, I wonder if I'll have to do the same to fix the issue?

    I also have Comcast and I'm having the exact same problem. Can't sign in to any EA webpage at all i can view just cant sign in to them unless its the Xfinity hotspot and i cant play any EA online game on the xbox one because of it. I'm going to talk to Comcast about this. Did you have to pay or anything for the new router/modem? I don't want to have to pay for them to replace something that is broke on their end.

    Comcast is coming over tomorrow to replace it. I'll let you know if it works or not.

    I just traded in my modem for a new one and that fixed the problem. I think the ip address was being blocked.
