Unlock progress not registering

Chat, email and phone support have all failed me. Phone support told me to come here as they don't have the access to fix the issue. I'm trying to unlock the GOL Magnum which is the Eagles Nest assignment, requires a sniper rifle ribbon and to kill 5 enemies from towers at Caspian or Firestorm. I have almost 650 sniper ribbons, and I completed the snipes the other day, neither has registered. How can I get this fixed? I think these may not be the only ones that haven't registered either.

    Did you get 5 kills from the same tower in the same round?

    Have you tried logging out and back into battlelog?

    Yes. The fact that it shows 0/1 sniper ribbons is the most telling, as I said I have over 600 of them, you only need 1 for the assignment. Something is off or needs to be reset.

    Did you get a sniper ribbon on the same round as you got the tower kills?

    The only thing I can think of is that you are doing it from the wrong tower or not doing it all in the same round on a ranked server - I can't see anything wrong otherwise.

    I just unlocked a bunch of other weapons the last couple days and I only play the same few servers. What does ranked have to do with it?

    There are 4 kinds of servers.

    Oficial

    Ranked

    Unranked

    Private

    Only the two first can you do assignments on.

    Checked and all the servers I play are ranked! This makes no sense

    On top of everything else now since I downloaded Most Wanted last night Battlefield wont launch at all!
