Unlocking progress for new weapons is always 0%

Hey Julia @juliaaa_buliaaa,

if you are able to play on Premium maps, you should be able to make progress towards unlocking the corresponding weapons.

What platform are you playing on? Seems like there's no Battlefield 1 connected to the account you posted with.

This is happening to me as well for normal weapons in the game. It also tells me that I have not enough warbonds to purchase weapons that are already unlocked. I have over 7k warbonds, the weapon only requires 200 to unlock it, I get an error stating that I don't have enough warbonds.

I also get that I have not reached the required level to unlock the weapon. My support class is almost level 9, and I have not been able to unlock ANY weapons.

What is going on ????

Notice the support ranks on each page, one says 0 the other says almost 9. There is something really broken here. In game shows I own several of the weapons that I had tried to buy before, looks like I got them purchased with warbonds, but can't customize them in loadouts!!
