But unfortunately nobody in this Forum here can help with a banned account to get unbanned again.
In this case you actually have to contact a EA Advisor directly and explain the situation.

Follow all the steps to create your case, and then use the option "live chat" to get in touch with a advisors in real time. Not like email or something.
Explain everything as it is the case ect, and he/she will hopefully tell you everything what's possible to do against the ban.
