UOTrace

I can not play BFH now. I try UOTrace and can not do UOTrace. I am told to reset router. But I reset router and I can not UOTrace even now. Please help me

Your UO trace looks good.

What is the issue exactly?

I can not play BFH now.

I can see battlelog and server. When my friend join in server,I can see my friends name in server at Battlelog.

Just can not join in server.

Also I can not play Campaygn.

I could play BFH till 3/25 about 5:00.

I can not play BFH since 3/25 about 15:00 suddenly.

This is my action to solve issue

     install BFH again

     install ORIGIN again

    CleanBoot

    reset router

But I can not play still now.

Please make me play BFH.

    Try to contact EA by going to help.ea.com and getting a live call. 

    Make sure your account is in good standing as well as see if they can run the game, this way you know if its the account or your PC.

      I am live in Japan so I can not call.

      I can not chat also. What should I do?

        Here is what id like you to do:

        look at the pic provided.

        Re install anything in the punkbuster folder, the VC folder, and direct x folder.

        Restart PC, test the game and let me know.
