I can not play BFH now. I try UOTrace and can not do UOTrace. I am told to reset router. But I reset router and I can not UOTrace even now. Please help me

Make sure your account is in good standing as well as see if they can run the game, this way you know if its the account or your PC.

Re install anything in the punkbuster folder, the VC folder, and direct x folder.
Restart PC, test the game and let me know.

Wait you should not be deleting the files but re installing everything in those folders.

I stop using google DNS and restarted PC and try to play BFH.
I can not play BFH still now.
When I face this issue at first, I didnt use google DNS and I start using google DNS in order to solve this issue.
So maybe google DNS dont do bad things to this issue.
