UPDATE: SOLVED -Missing stats and Battlelog outage: 25/07/13

We are aware that access to our Battlelog forums is intermittent at the moment and are investigating this. Additionally, we are also looking into your reports of missing stats for individual soldiers. 

 

Please stand by for further updates, we will keep you posted as soon as we know more.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused by this.

    Hello EA my Battlefield 3 stats have been reset and it is like I have never played the game I have no weapons gut the default  please help EA battle field is my favorite game and I really don't want to loose anything I have a picture of my stats if they are needed my gamer tag is SPARTAN3126 please please help  IM begging you to get my stats back

    I was playing a few rounds  with my friends for a few hours. Then suddenly I got into a new games and I had only starter weapons!?! So I backed out to check my stats and such and everything had been reset??? I went to my battle log account and on there it said I had no stats or anything. Why did this happen and I would REALLY appreciate my stats, weapons, rank, ribbons and everything else that is gone back.

    Yeah same here I'm a level 100 and I haven't even played in 5 days. So pissed right now

    I finished playing a match with my friends and was heading to bed. I went to Check on my stats like I always do at the end of a gaming session and I was clear zeros across the board. No kills. No deaths. No ribbons. No guns. Nothing. I was a blank slate from a previous level 100 colonel. This is sheer bogus. I have never cheated or boosted in this game so that cannot be why. I would like an explanation and all of my hard earned unlocks back ASAP. I also went to battlelog and it says UnDeNiAbLeFoRc3 (that is my gamertag for xbox 360) has never played multiplayer! I've invested hundreds of hours into this game and would appreciate a quick response. I see I am not the only one this is happening too either. I'll be waiting...

    I was level 4 eagle last night. Today I am level one with no stats or weapons unlocked. Is there any way I can get any of that back with out having to buy the weapon kits?
