Thanks. Are you aware of anyone getting a refund/exchange if they already have deluxe? I can understand if they hadn't really played the game but I have a good few hours under my belt. I think I'd sooner move on to a different game then pay the price they are asking.

Not sure about that, if you already played with Deluxe. If you need to know more if that's possible somehow or not, so you better contact the Support.
