Upgraded PC still getting fps drops

Hi there

I had a amd Athlon tri core 3ghz cpu with 4gb ddr3 ram and a 550gtx ti geforce card.. My fps was around 50 average with drops every 30-60 seconds.

I upgraded to a AMD FX 8320 Piledriver Series CPU - AM3+.. My fps are now around 80 - 90 with drops every 30-60 seconds going down to 20's making the game kinda unplayable.

Any ideas what I could do to fix it?

Graphics Settings: Lowest or off

Resolution: 1680x1050
Resolution Scale: 90%

Only have 1 monitor

I changed setting in the nvidia control panel for maximum performance.
I didn't unpark the cpu's (When I ran the application it only showed 3 cpu's which was weird) <--- Should I unpark it anyway or download a different tool?

I have the user.cfg file set for maximum performance
I am playing the 32 bit version

Could you please try to disable the Origin ingame overlay? To do so, just open your Origin client, to your application settings and then to "Origin In Game". Disable the checkbox for "enable Origin In Game" and launch Battlefield 4 to check if that solved your FPS issue.

Have you tried to run the 64bit version and deleted and re-installed your Direct X as well as installed the latest version of Microsoft C++ red. and .NET Framework?

    Cheers
