Uploading permission on YouTube

How do you get permission from the producers Battlefield 3 to upload gameplay on youtube and monetize them? Who should I go to or ask?

You can upload your gameplay directly as far as i know, at least i do :womanhappy: . Unless there is something involved against the law or shameless things and all..
