Hi,

Would you please post your user.cfg?

I think the stuttering may disappear if you:

Disable Origin ingame
Disable the animated video background on Battlelog or
Close your browser + Battlelog after you joined a server
Check your GPU/CPU temps
Use "RenderAheadLimit 0" in your config in order to avoid your CPU to bottleneck by rendering frames ahead
[There are Users who are convinced that the file WeaponChunks.sb which you can find here: X:\Origin\Games\Battlefield 4\Data\Win32 is responsible for micro stuttering. Renaming is not recommended...]
