OP playing hard core is one of the reasons that you are dying in OHKs all of the time. In Hard Core your health when fully healed is only 60%, so with the damage models a lot of weapons are OHKs such as sniper rifles to the chest, shottiies with slugs, .44 mag and so on. What weapons are OHKing you all of the time?
Its still not fixed it may 2015, im still getting killed from one bullet updates did nothing laggers and cheatets still here. I pick my region server still full of out of country laggers.

- Because the netcode isn't perfect yet the patch coming tomorrow is coming with some netcode performance fixes and soon they are adding 60hz and even 120hz servers as in the CTE so soon this problem will be completely eradicated. Yes it happens still but not as much as at launch if it bugs you that much there are no netcode problems in hardline bf3 or bc2 which all have pretty large player bases as of right now so if you are sick of it in BF4 play those games until 60-120hz servers come out.
