but there has to be a solution. i cant move the game to my ssd due to its small size
upon further investigation, i stumbled upon a thread on another forum that said the reason the maps take so long to load is because Dice compressed them in these .cas archives just to save a bit disk space. if we could unpack the map files from these archives they should certainly load faster. i dont care if i had to use 100gb more disc space for these maps, i want them to load up faster!
