Veteran Battlepack not aquired.

On which platform are you playing BF4? 

Veteran packs are not currently showing up on console and DICE is working on  fix for the veteran packs.  If you are on PS3 you will have received a code in your email for the pre-rder battlepack to redeem in the PSN store. 

Xbox and PC automatically had their pre-order battlepacks allocated.

There were some complications when they started distributed the Veteran entitlements + veteran battlepacks.

They are working on fixing the problems they had ,and when they are done, they will distribute the remaining veteran battle packs and entitlements. You just have to wait a little bit longer.
