VOIP on PC issues

I have the microphone icon next to my name when I'm viewing the scoreboard. I can sometimes hear squad mates if they are talking, but they can't hear me. I've made sure that my microphone is my default device in Windows and still no luck. I've also looked in the Origin settings and made sure it wasn't set on push to talk. I've set the microphone sensitivity a bit higher as well and still nothing. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated. I feel as if I've been missing out and can't wait to have this resolved.

    Did you ever have this mic issue resolved? I have the same issue. Playing without the ability to talk makes the game feel incomplete and pointless. I'm at such a point of disappointment and frustration that I'm considering just uninstalling this whole thing, and I have the season pass and everything. I seriously consider this to be a game-breaking bug and can't get any help to save my life

    Hey @zeMURDERdance,

    did you check the settings in Origin as well as in-game?

    In Origin you'd find the settings under "Origin ->Application Settings -> Voice". Choose the applicable Microphone, volume, select activation mode and the voice activation setting.

    You can also test the microphone there. Do you see a signal there if you test your mic?

    Also in game, go to Settings and Audio. You'll have a "VOIP" setting and a Volume, make sure this is enabled as well.
