It is not the first time that i contact the support and ask them the contact to send a complain to the higher departments and they say to follow a link that leads to the contact form from the support , i choose to send a report or feedback and explain the situation requesting it to be send like asked but it is never sent .
time after time what happens is that instead of sending it to the place i requested the team sends it back with a message saying "waiting on player" but no answer is given so i exactly dont know what they even want and when i question them about that there is nothing to say.
it is amazing too that i was requested to contact xbox support and i did that for for the 3rd time in 2 years they contact EA regarding the problem and no one from EA and game team.
what pisses me off the most is the fact that everytime i contact is like no one knows anything , i have people saying "why didnt you contact us before and now contact to request a game" is everyone in there blind or is so hard to see litteraly thousands of contacts with you just on chat plus phone calls and Twitter contacts ?
looks like i am the stupid one here that does things for no reason when you just need to open a damm page and see everything i did and sent or the times i contacted you.
for the love of god respect your costumers right now this whole situation is more than a shame to EA is becoming more than pathetic
well , since you refused everything saying you couldnt do this or that i contacted the support multiple times and said "okay since you refuse my solutions i want to know what are the offers from EA to solve this" and the solutions given were exactly zero .
if you refuse my solutions but have none to give it is very easy to see that EA doesnt want to solve anything i dont see either any intention of the team to awser to anything including the last contact made by microsft.
i think everyone knows how bad to the game industry EA is and how much hate you have from the gamers but still you dont know anything or try to learn to respect your costumers which is a shame not to them but to you

i am waiting for the team to show themselves and awser but looks like after the multiple reports and the messages here arent enough for them to read , EA at their best.
it is amazing that you refused all the options i gave you of resolution but when i say "okay give me your options and i will see" your awser is exactly nothing , there is not a single conversation from your part with a real solution to this even knowing that you assumed multiple times the fact that 3 years isnt acceptable and that you werent able to solve anything.
i would like to know how much more time will it take for someone from the team to get his * up of the chair and have a word about this whole situation

Okay so the situation is this , #50796525 this is the last case and i had three conversations by phone regarding my problem that exists since beggining of 2017 .
All the tests where made and verified by the team during the hours of the phone calls , all the explanations were given and all the requests were made too.
I guess at this point it is clear that EA haves no interest on solving this and doesnt like me , i dont like EA either and will keep saying that this company is the worse i ever found on the gaming industry .
With all of this said the only solution i got from the calls was to post here in the foruns a new complain and request the team to awser it so here it is and i hope again it doesnt get delete dor joined to anything .
I already told the support after all the proofs checked and everything is clear i want to know how EA pretends to solve this , keeping the game is not an option to me .
EA refused a new game due to the fact that amazingly EA doesnt have game codes of their games (unless you are a streamer or enter their giveaways i guess) , EA refuses to give the Money i spent on the game because i didnt bought it from them ( they dont sell xbox games) and xbox left clear that EA losts 3 years around it so now it is impossble for them to refund anything.
I want to know from EA and from the team Dice what are their words towards this and why during 3 years i never got a word from them , needless to say that i will not wait a month like in the past post
This time i hope like the support asked , the post stays here and gets awsered because i am more than tired and this reached a point where more than anything i want respect- EA_Atic6 years ago

Hello there! @Hellguardian44Sorry for the delayed response.I have taken a look on the Uo trace that you have sent on to EA_Jason, and there some weird network spikes at the start of your network, and not a good singe of stability.While this is an older Uo-tracer do you have one that is more up to date, it gives a bigger picture of how the network is looking. You can post it on this thread make sure to hide your IP if you do.Out of curiosity do you have a 4g device at home that you can test to use a network device for your Xbox? Make sure that 4 devices are not connected to WIFI at home./Atic
