wasted 75 dollars.

i had bought battlefield 4 digital deluxe  for the pc and noted that i could return it with the guarentee. i read the guarantee and thought that it said i had seven days to keep the game before the guarantee went away. because battlefield was not working i spent three days trying to fix it. on the fourth day i gave up and was going to return it but realised that i only had 24 hours and that now i could not return it. i began to freak out and called customer support and they said to ask questions here so now im begging to get a refund. i spent three days trying to get a game to work so if i cant get a refund id be stuck with a video game i cant play, no money, and three days of my life i wasted trying to fix something that i cant fix. so i beg of you to either help me fix the game or give me a refund. id prefer the refund so then i can buy the game on the xbox 1 when i get it. now i dont know how this works but it said that you would call me back... i fail to see how you have my number so i dont know how this will work but im sure you have my email so email me with an awnser. thank you.

    I'm On 8 days they kept my money .....and were rude to me .....and they keep making stuff up ....like when I'm getting my refund back.....tried to do live chat and got disconnected 3 times wasted 2 hours 1 day and 1 hour .......call me don't work half the time .......some real sad tech support

    i cant even get through to anyone and im stuck at 20% install direct x error if i dont get it fixed soon and a return last time i deal with EA
