u guys have no customer service..u sell us these gaMES AND HAVE NO SUPPORT JUST TRYING TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE IS A JOKE...I WILL NEVER BUY ONE OF UR GAMES ONLINE AGAIN.. GET THE HARD COPY ITS LESS **bleep**......EVERYTIME THEY COME OUT WIT A NEW VERSION OR DOWNLOAD I HAVE  A PROBLEM...I HAVE UNINSTAll and had to buy a hard copy and reinstall before it will work....wtF.......u guys suc..and the cheating u promote and let go on, is a slap in the face to all hard core FAIR!!!! players.....i thk im gonna give up on online playing.. its not worth all the **bleep** that goes with it....thx for nothing............................;-[
