Weapon unlocks not working

What exactly you tried to unlock? Any example what weapon it is and what you tried?

And you made sure you have Premium and the seperate DLC packs installed on your console? Cause usually the Premium pass is a seperate downloaded add-on than the actual DLC packs, so they also have to get installed seperate.

The As Val, the SR338, and the mp7. 

I have everything on bf4 downloaded and I have all the dlc and premium downloaded.

As i saw on your Battlelog profile, everything seems to be fine except one thing. 

You have the DLC and you reached the Required Level. 

The only thing is, the Game or at least on Battlelog it didn't register that your Soldier is already above Level 10.

That's why you don't have the Check mark on that Assignment requirement. 

Which therefor blocks you from working on the Kills ect. towards the assignment/weapon unlocks. 

Because you need to get the two green Check marks first before the Game let's you work on the other assignment requirements!

It's like the first step you need, and the actual kills ect. are then step two. 

As you can see on the pictures below.

Now we know why you can't unlock it yet, the question still is tho. Why it's not realizing that you reached level 10 already. 🤨
