WEAPONS DONT WORK

I've written about this a few times now with no positive reply... I NEED HELP, OR A FULL REFUND OF BATTLEFIELD 4. The issue I'm having is certain selected weapons from the sniper riffle selection dont fire at all. It's not a case of no hit register, i press the trigger button and NOTHING happens. This initially happened with the srr-61 sniper riffle and now so is the Gol magnum. Turned my console on today and now the only riffle that works is the one unlocked from dragons teeth. NOTHING ELSE WORKS including the other sniper riffles including that you can pick up on the map or test range. Over the top of my head i can only remember my sw40 pistol doing the same thing. What's weird about all this though is the fact that when I sprint or jump then quickly press the trigger,the weapon fires a round of. Other people have shot me with these weapons several times so i don't know whats going on. This makes the whole idea of snipping non practical. Also ive googled this fault and it turns out a number of people are experiencing this exact issue so you guys must be aware of it by now and why is it not getting addressed from an update or fix or something. Please help cuz at the moment the game is pretty much unplayable for me due to the fact that I can't get a sniper riffle out.
