How can I get this skin now without the weekly market?

-NOT visible on inventory screen by default
-the price is 270 scrap in exchange
-BASE Legendary skin
-Road to BFV Legendary Hunter skin

I opened 89 Enhanced Battlepack (Ultimate Revison) today.
I recorded the box openings on video.

I am a Hungarian BF1 player. I want to get the Sisi skin (Die Kaiserin Elizabeth skin for Gewehr M.95/Mannlicher M1895), but I have now a 0 percent chance of getting it. Is this fair from EA DICE?

Brother, I feel the same way with you. I want type 38 skin, but I don't have enough parts to buy a box to unlock it, which really makes me feel bad. Did dice really give up Battlefield 1 player?
I think we need one last Battlefield 1's update that includes everything.
