Since the Battlefield 6 beta began, the reward crates in Battlefield 1's Operations mode and the skin-trading store haven't been updated once. I get that the Battlefield studio is tied up tuning Battlefield 6, but please turn some attention to the Battlefield 1 community. We’re still waiting for new Operations crates and a refreshed skin-exchange shop—practically the only way we can earn cosmetics. Players around the world are complaining, and DICE owes us a response. If an update really isn’t possible, then at least give us some form of compensation; too many newcomers can’t get a single decent skin. Every piece of feedback we send disappears without a trace. We need an answer, a proper explanation, and we need the studio to take us seriously. Don’t let our hopes fade into regret—act now, Battlefield team!

I came here for the same reason an you. I believe everything whats most important have been written by you and Im writing this to support our request for feedback and solution from the studio.
As for the community, I believe we should spam about this issue on any kind of forums. We need to do this to get to be heard. Battlefield 1 is only one of its kind and it would be a shame to see this game get forgotten by game developers. (sorry for my mistakes, im not a native speaker)

Thank you for your support, my friend. Although I don’t think DICE will ever answer our call, this is the only channel we have left to fight with—and fight we must. I won’t pay for a broken product that gets abandoned within months; it’s our right to demand better. So let’s raise our voices even louder, make DICE see that we refuse to be ignored, and force them to give us the compensation we deserve!

I think the weekly market update is very important because there are 81 exchange exclusive skins.
I opened 51 Enhanced Battlepack (Ultimate Revison) today.
I record every crate opening videos so I have proof.
