Every time when I post the following text below on EA Forum,
"According to https://bf1exchange.infy.uk and my own experience, scrape update has not been updated for months since 02.06.2025. To be honest, I am unhappy about it. I know it is required to be updated manually, but this is a bit unacceptable..." (I posted the text above multiple times as you always move my discussion to another post's reply section since the first time i posted it, which means they try to hide this post !)
I have to clarify that i won't encourage anyone to spamming message to anyone. However, the attitude that EA respond is extremely disrespectful as they do not give any reply to EXCHANGE UPDATE time and just move my topic to somewhere else without any notification since the first time I posted it.
We rent your servers years and years and you can't even find a person to update Exchange every week or just write a program to update it automatically? That's disgusting!

Hello, I feel very sad to hear that the exchange store of Battlefield 1 might never be updated again. Battlefield 1 has accompanied me through many years and brought me many wonderful memories. When I heard this news, I felt as if I had lost something.
If Battlefield 1 really stops getting updates completely, please put all the skins in the exchange store on sale. This way, players who love Battlefield 1 still have something to strive for. I know you want players to pay more attention to Battlefield 6. After participating in the test of Battlefield 6, I think its quality is good enough. Although there are still some minor issues, I believe even players who mainly play Battlefield 1 would be willing to pay for it.
Please continue to update the exchange store of Battlefield 1 or put all the skins on sale. I sincerely hope the community manager can consider this suggestion. Thank you!
