Yes, actually, I have gotten 2 super rares out of the normal battlepacks, the ugly Metallic Chamond (the skin shown in the embedded image) and the Care Package 1911 (which is too bad because I don't use the 1911, Peacekeeper or Webley Mk. VI revolver only).
