I realized today, that Holiday Package (Super Rare) skin for No. 3 Revolver (now exchange exclusive) originally had their own loot box.
There was a community mission (Holiday Mission #4) for the reward Holiday Package skin in December 2018 (get 200 handgun kills in 3 days). And the reward was this unique "Holiday Package Battlepack" with Holiday Package skin.

This Holiday Package (Super Rare) skin for No. 3 Revolver has had a pretty complex career. But I think this skin has been exchange exclusive since January 08, 2019.
