I think there are no skins swaps tonight.They just forget it or somewhat.A new bad week again
something has changed.
there were two weeks without updates in November (2023.11.14 and 2023.11.21) and January (2024.01.21 and 2024.01.28).
the history of scrap exchange:
I assume in 2024 they will less and less update their skin swaps.Make sense.
