the weekly scrap exchange is the easiest to trace back.
but I will also increase my weekly game mode, (monthly?) Operation campaigns and the Double XP databases.
The weekly game modes can be tracked based on the dates of the Battlefield 1 live streams uploaded to YouTube.
For example, what is the BF1 weekly game mode from 9th September 2024 (Monday) to 19th September 2024 (today)?
search for "site:youtube.com battlefield 1 live"
and select the date range: from 2024-09-09 to 2024-09-19
in the YouTube videos, the home screen of BF1 game shows the weekly game mode
I guess,the next exchange update could be after 25th September bcs EA&DICE announced launch of EA anticheat support for BF1 on that date (if I'm not wrong with dates). Will see, anyway

Yeah it's got some variety but difficult to pick many up without an Op to grind.

- Glad to see others also finally starting to complain about the no Operations Battlepack update. This is exactly the scenario I was afraid of would happen because something so incredibly simple like a repeating rotation is not automated and man hours get continuously reduced as the game ages so we end up with a somewhat dysfunctional game.
Grinded for 3 days to get 300 scraps together for the MG15 Die Deutsche Dogge as it is a skin otherwise unobtainable but there are still 15 more skins in the exchange I don't have yet including 2 others that are otherwise unobtainable. I'd still prefer to buy the other 13 in the exchange though as I'd have to spend way more on battlepacks at this point for them to randomly drop. However with the current method I'd have to grind 3 days for a single "special" skin meaning I could barely buy 1 more skin this week let alone the more expensive ones.
I'm getting tired of complaining about the game industry not taking preservation of all systems in their games seriously. Including releasing the server client at some point when official servers are no more. I'd wish for an Operation Update next week but I think it's been like a month (HUN can probably tell you the exact date) at this point and enough complaining has been done falling on deaf ears so take it for what you will. @eduonkhl
