This weird Chinese console randomly pops up during gameplay and crashes my game. It's similar to the "~" English console, only... I can't get rid of it. When it pops up, I have to smash my keyboard for it to go away or wait for my game to crash.
This doesn't happen in any other game I play... What the heck is this and how can I prevent it?

Ran a repair, but it did not solve the problem.

I found out a little about what keys make this weird Chinese console pop up.
Shift + 3
Shift + 5
Those two combinations make it pop up. I need to know what the heck it is and how I can disable this **bleep** because it's ruining my gameplay...

To answer your question, yes. I've scanned my computer for viruses and malware to see if it was the problem. It didn't fix it, however.
