Can’t join multiplayer keep getting error code-34601 is anyone else’s having the same trouble?

Hello I've been encountering error code 34601 over and over and over no matter what I do I cannot find a solution please please please help me
(I'm on my phone so I don't have a screenshot of this I'm at work currently)
