Also, I would recommend to check your Documents folder for save files (Single player saves files), but if you have Cloud Storage enabled in your origin client then in this case your save files should be restored automatically when you will launch the game in the next time.

to add to that:
You can download the Origin Client at any later time. Log in with your account and you will find your library with your games. The multiplayer progress is stored on the server, so the only folder you would want to save is probably "Users\Your Username\Battlefield 1\settings" - there's the game settings and campaign progress. If you don't mind those, you're good to go.
