what is the clear answer, can i publish videos of ea games on youtube?

I wish to use game footage and video and anything that can be viewed inside the game Battlefield 1 once it releases to publish on my YouTube channel and monetize them.
and when I contacted EA on [email protected] I got this:

"If you are seeking permission to use game footage on YouTube and other video sharing sites, please note that EA does not object to <<<fair uses>>> of video footage or screenshots on video sharing websites, including on channels that are monetized, as long as the footage or screenshots are from a version of the game that we have released to the public.  Because of the large number of video-related requests we receive, we are not able to grant specific approvals or respond to all follow-up inquiries related to video sharing websites.  EA reserves the right to address any <<<inappropriate use>>> of EA content on video sharing websites. "

what I can't understand is, what is the "fair uses" that I'm permitted to, and what does it mean to "inappropriate use of EA content on video sharing websites"

can I or can I not publish battlefield videos on YouTube and monetize them?

    and what does it mean inappropriate use of ea contents?

    Personally I would boil it down to "EA decides what's fair and what's inappropriate and has the right to take your video down if they don't like it"
