whay are the servers such *!?

80% of the time I try to play this game it gives me some  * on how I've lost connection to EA servers. its incredibly frustrating and happens way to often and I've checked my firewall and run the app as an administrator but still!. sometimes I even get into a game and I'm like "great it worked for once" then NOPE kicks me right out the game with the same message "you have lost connection to EA servers" I'm so fed up with this I don't understand how a triple A game such as this can still have such * servers and so many connection issues. how is it I've played alphas and betas with better servers and connection but this franchise that's been out for years still hasn't gotten it right!? if anyone has any suggestion or answer to this in all ears cause this is ridiculous.
