https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/You could also check your Order History under your EA Account and may be able to cancel your pre-order without any need for support.

You should be able to request a refund through the EA "Great Game Guarantee" here:

More generically, EA Help is also able to help with refunds or anything else:
I would not give up yet. While the game may not be amazing in the beta, Dice has always been good for providing countless hours of gaming with each title.
