What platform are you playing on? PC, Xbox 360, Xbox One, PS3, PS4?

Well, looks like I'm out 39.99 for the purchase. I don't own the base product and the purchase was for expansion packs, etc. And their policy (GameStop) does not allow returns for digital downloads. Damm, I really needed a good strafing run tonight! They should really put those stipulations in BOLD PRINT up front somewhere to avoid mistakes like this. Or I need better glasses. Thanks for your help though.

Thanks again for the response. I'm using the PC platform. A day or so after I posted I decided to just purchase the game from EA using the coupon they offered. Ended up being about $9. This would offset the lose from my mistake the first time. Great game for the price and I actually like it better than COD 111. But I still don't see my original purchase of the "Premium" in the Origin client. How do acquire the premium game files or is that automatic? Thanks for any help!

Yea, sorry that GameStop did not convey this very important info to you. However, I'm glad to hear that you were able to purchase the base game at a good deal.
As far as downloading your Premium content: if you have already redeemed the code, go to your "My Games" tab in Origin, and then Right-click Battlefield 4 and click "View Game Details". Then scroll down a bit until you see the section labeled "Expansions". You will see Premium in there, as well as all your other DLC. If the other DLC is not there, download Premium, and then it should appear. You can go back to this and then download all the DLC after Premium has been downloaded.
Good Luck and see you on the Battlefield!!!!!
