Where do we file complaints about a game? I can't find a customer support email address anywhere.

I am EXTREMLY disappointed in the way EA has handled Battlefield 4.  I have played all BF games and I cannot believe all the issues I have had.  I am playing on Xbox One, and while I assume there will be some growing pain issues on a new console (like losing my single player game saves, not having audio when in a tank, the game randomly crashing to the main screen) the thing that blows me away the most is the error message, “Failed to Join the game. Please check your network connection and try again.”  When I try to connect to a game, and that’s if trying to play a game of Conquest or Rush doesn’t dump me in a Death match game instead.

Here we are almost 2 ½ months after the 4th game (from a major publisher) in this series launched and I can’t use quick match to get in a game? That’s beyond disappointing.  I have an open NAT,  I have ports forwarded, I have zero, and I mean ZERO issues joining ANY other Xbox One, 360, PS3 or PC games.  NONE.  This issue is solely on the EA server side.  Besides the inability to join a quick match, If I go to server browser and check say, Conquest and a map like Silk road, nothing shows up, like no one is playing that map.  I can check Conquest and Rush and 4 different maps and if I’m lucky maybe 4 servers might pop up but many times it says that no servers are found.

I also would like to point out trying to join play with a party is beyond annoying, if you want to see how party matching should be done, please play a multiplayer game of Halo, Gears, COD, etc.  It should be easy and intuitive for gamers to be able to play with their friends.  I love this series but you all are making it extremely hard for me to recommend this game to my friends.

Again, I want to stress how upset I am after paying for this game and a Premium account, that I cannot simply Quick match a game.  It blows my mind such a simple feature is not working right now.

  • Yeah I know there isn't an email in site just a phone number. This is why they have the answers hq to avoid the hordes of emails. Its an old trick many companies use these days. So basically we either call there phone numbers or go on here.

Ea has worried more about their stockt and investors forgetting that the people who buy the games are the real investors not some blue chip jordan belfort type.

Simply put ea cares more about looking good on a portfolio rather then looking good at all. May I remind you of thq they had the gaming world at its finger tips but like ea said a big f u to gamers n produce some of the most awful games which crashed the company ea looking down the barrel as well.

    So welcome to big business.

No on at the Answer HQ can answer what the email is for me to write in to? Or explain about the connection issues with their servers?
