Where is my game and old data on my account??

My login to battlelog/battlefield 4 is completly cleard. My game is gone in the EA APP, but the account still exist on the balltlelog website.

I cant even play it by the CD.

WHERE IS MY GAMES??

Hi @Hinken100 Double check that you're signing into the right account just in case. You could also try restarting the EA App in case it's having a temporary issue. If all else fails, go to help.ea.com and open a case with EA Help so they can investigate.

I have the same issue brother. I would like to play the game I purchased. 2FA sends to the same email address I use to login to BF4 Battle log but the game is unavailable for install from Origin.
