Where is my Multiplayer Head Start Kit?

Hey I know im quite late but on my xbox account i bought Bf3 premium edition. And today i opened up the case to play it and i saw it says it includes this head start kit and there is only one code which was for premium and i havent obtaineed this kit i belive.

    The head start unlock kit that is included with the BF3 Premium Edition unlocks the following items:

    Assault: M416, defibs, M320,

    Engineer: AT mine, Stinger, IGLA

    Support: claymore, C4, M249,

    Recon: SV98, TUGS, SOFLAM

    Go into your loadout, and if these items are unlocked you are good to go.
