Where is the option to invite friends to a squad in the menu?

Seriously, this is such an important and useful feature and you guys just.. forgot it. What's the deal? Do you guys even get how annoying it is to try and play with friends, TOGETHER? Not on differe...

Yeah this is absolutely rediculous.  Me adn my buddy can't even play together..as of right now we both want a refund.
