Where's The "Call to Action" Dog Tag?

I've completed over 3 FULL operations game (I believe) with the end result being a major victory & doesn't show that I've unlocked the dog tag (it's locked) in the dog tag soldier menu. I've also contacted ea support for this but they said I had not completed the 3 operations games.

    For those who completed the Challenge back in June, they got the Tag automaticly awarded with the last Update.

    Others who did it during the second chance in July, will get it on July 31.

    @N4ktukIf you are on a mission from July 15 to 23, dogtag will be issued to you in the coming days,I really did the task in mid-june, so after the last update, dogtag handed it to me

    I am on this month's mission & looking forward to it. Thanks for informing me about that and hopefully they hand it out before another update!
