why am i banned from Battlefield hardline and battlelog? Help me since ea won`t

i were one day going to play my battlefield hardline game i got with premium version of a friend, when i were going to play i found that i were banned from the game and also battlelog, i have tried to ask EA Coustomer Experience about help but it seems like they don`t really manage to help me through this, yeah i know they are nice and stuff but it doesn`t help if they can`t find any reason and then sends me a mail that they were finished with it and i should look at the info i got from them, (i didn`t get any info from them).

so is it anyone that knows what to do?
