Why am I banned from the EA Servers?

I don't know why I am banned from the EA servers all I want to do Is play Battlefield 4 and Fifa 14 but these EA [edited out ]banned me and I don't know for how long because they never bothered to E-...

I have just been emailed to say that my ban will NOT be lifted as I purchased coins for FUT14 from an unauthorised retailer, I admitted to doing wrong but my ban is not being removed, this is now affecting 4 other origin run games. I would be perfectly happy if my FUT is deleted and I have to start from scratch. Is anything possible as I have a lot of preorders for Xbox one too.

    How long did you wait to get a response from account dispute ?

      uhmm maybe you have hack and you think you can be unban so . 

      but i think you have been hacket the servers
