Why are servers showing they're full when they're not?

Thanks for deleting my first post... Last night one of my admins brought up this issue to my attention: He asked me why is my server showing that's full in the server menu when there's only 49 plrs...

This still happens on the Dragon Valley map. I just joined a few minutes ago when it said 60 and there were 40.

Today there is not a single server showing the correct player count. I've tried 64 player and 32 player servers and the same thing happens. Sometimes there are just 10 people or so.

    This bug has not changed. I just tried to join three servers that showed 60 players. The actual totals were 24, 50 and 8.
