Why Battlefield 4™ Vehicle Shortcut Bundle free on steam but not on Origin ?
Why Origin users doesn't have this DLC for free ? I mean Steam and Origin player play together on the same servers, why this different in terms of equity ?

Most likely a business thing between EA and Valve. Perhaps they are giving an incentive to Steam users to play Battlefield if they haven't already.
- @MilizeVladilena well its two different companies so yeah perhaps steam is giving away the kit for free
