Why can't I buy the pre order dogtags?

In case you can't find them Search the battlefeld 3 on PSN store , it will pop up ...

Contact Sony Support of your region and let them know the same .. may be that particular content is ain't available in your region ..

I highly doubt mate EA can do anything on this .. but if you wish you can anytime contact them and let them know the issue " https://help.ea.com/contact-us"

Contact Sony, tell them that your having an issue with the playstation store, these tags are available from the specact dogtag bundle.
