Why do bans and reports take so long?

I’ve reported one specific player that I don’t even want to type the name of due to the nature of the name itself. he not only hacks but makes repetitive racist statements. I must have reported him ...

    Sorry you've come across a bad egg - the thing about reports is they get added to the bottom of the list (or if you'd rather, the top of the pile and they start from the bottom); basically it's first come first served so it can take a frustratingly long time for issues to be resolved.

    Did you report the player via the proper channel? @EA_Help is who you need on Twitter - you can try this link as well

    Unfortunately a vote kick system won't make it's way to this game - all we can really suggest is creating/joining a community game since suspected cheaters can be removed via admin

yes, really frustrating. I`ve been reporting a guy for the past month as well, every other day. He`s using invisibility, aim, dmg, all the things. Servers are depopulating at insane rate when he`s online, thing which is only hurting the game. Why do they care so little about this? Have no idea, but they sure won`t do anything. If taking care of a hacker takes so long, no wonder people won`t get back to the game.

Many people came back to bf1 in the past months, only to be driven back by the hackers.

At this point I have no hope of them actually doing something
